Markitel is not a broker, exchange, dealer, clearing firm, custodian, or counterparty. Any brokerage account you open or connect is held directly with the third-party broker or venue you choose, and that broker's terms, pricing, margin rules, onboarding checks, regional restrictions, and disclosures govern your account.
Markitel does not receive, hold, safeguard, lend, pool, or transfer client funds. Deposits, withdrawals, balances, margin, negative-balance protection, and account statements are handled by your broker or venue. You should verify all account and execution records directly with the broker.
Markitel may receive affiliate, referral, introducing-broker, revenue-share, or similar compensation from a broker or venue when users open accounts or trade through links or connections associated with Markitel. This creates a conflict of interest because Markitel may benefit financially from featured brokers or user trading activity. Broker compensation does not remove your responsibility to decide whether a broker is suitable for you.
Broker execution depends on the broker's systems, liquidity, spreads, commissions, swaps, slippage, rejection rules, maintenance windows, and regulatory obligations. Markitel cannot guarantee that an order will be accepted, filled, closed, or priced at a particular level. Platform safeguards, alerts, and kill-switch tools are designed to reduce operational risk, but they are not a substitute for monitoring your broker account.
You are responsible for choosing and monitoring your broker, understanding the broker's fees and legal disclosures, complying with the laws that apply to you, and trading only with risk capital you can afford to lose. Markitel does not provide personalized investment, tax, legal, or regulatory advice.
