Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Markitel platform, including our website, mobile applications, and APIs, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all of these terms, you must not use our services. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Description of Service
Markitel provides AI-generated trading signals, market analysis, and community features for informational and educational purposes. Our platform aggregates data from multiple sources to generate trade ideas across forex, cryptocurrency, and commodity markets. Markitel does not execute trades, manage funds, or act as a broker, investment advisor, or financial intermediary of any kind.
User Accounts
You must create an account to access certain features of the platform. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete registration information and promptly update it if it changes. Markitel reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or exhibit suspicious activity.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable regulations in your jurisdiction. You may not redistribute, resell, or commercially exploit Markitel signals or content without prior written consent. Automated scraping, reverse engineering of our algorithms, or attempts to interfere with platform infrastructure are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination.
Intellectual Property
All content on the Markitel platform, including but not limited to signal algorithms, analytical models, user interface designs, text, graphics, and logos, is the intellectual property of Markitel or its licensors. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes. This license does not include the right to copy, modify, or create derivative works from our content.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Markitel and its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform. This includes, without limitation, losses resulting from trading decisions made based on our signals. Our total aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for your subscription in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Disclaimers
The platform and all signals, analysis, and content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Markitel does not warrant that signals will be accurate, profitable, or delivered without interruption. Past performance of any signal or strategy is not indicative of future results. You acknowledge that trading involves substantial risk and that you are solely responsible for your own financial decisions.
Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. You may cancel your account through the account settings page. Markitel may suspend or terminate your access immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these terms or engage in conduct that we determine is harmful to other users or the platform. Upon termination, your right to access the platform ceases immediately, though provisions relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, and disclaimers shall survive.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware. By using the platform, you consent to the personal jurisdiction of these courts.
