Refund Policy

Subscription Billing
Markitel Pro and Elite are recurring subscriptions billed in advance, monthly or annually, through our payment processor (Stripe). By subscribing you authorize recurring charges to your payment method at the then-current price for your plan and billing cadence until you cancel. The Starter tier is free and involves no charge and therefore no refund.
Auto-Renewal and Cancellation
Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period. You may cancel at any time from the in-app billing portal (Account → Billing → Manage subscription). Cancellation stops all future renewal charges; you retain paid access through the end of the period you have already paid for, after which the account reverts to the free Starter tier. We do not require you to contact support to cancel.
Refund Eligibility
Because access to signals, analytics, and tools is delivered digitally and immediately, subscription fees are generally non-refundable except where a refund is required by applicable law. As a discretionary courtesy, we may grant a full or prorated refund of the most recent charge if you contact us within 14 days of that charge and have not substantially used the paid features during that period. For annual plans, we do not refund unused months after the 14-day window unless required by law.
Promotional Pricing
Discounted pricing (for example, a founders-launch promotion) applies only while the promotion is active and according to its stated terms and expiry. Unless the promotion expressly states otherwise, the subscription renews at the standard list price. Promotional charges are subject to the same refund rules described above.
Card Disputes and Chargebacks
If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact support before initiating a dispute with your card issuer so we can resolve it directly and quickly. Chargebacks filed without first contacting us, or chargebacks we determine to be fraudulent, may result in suspension or termination of the account.
How to Request a Refund
Email support@markitel.com from the email address associated with your account, including the approximate date and amount of the charge in question. We aim to respond within five business days. This policy does not limit any non-waivable statutory rights you may have under the consumer-protection laws of your jurisdiction.
