How We Use Your Information
Your information is used to provide and improve our services, personalize your signal feed, calculate leaderboard rankings, and communicate important platform updates. We analyze aggregate usage patterns to improve signal accuracy and develop new features. We may use your email address to send service-related notifications, performance reports, and, with your consent, marketing communications about new features or promotions.
Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored on encrypted servers hosted by industry-leading cloud providers with SOC 2 Type II certification. We implement technical and organizational security measures including encryption at rest and in transit, regular security audits, and access controls to protect your personal information. While we strive to protect your data, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Third-Party Services
We integrate with third-party services for analytics, payment processing, and market data. Data Retention
We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. After account deletion, we retain anonymized usage data for analytical purposes and certain records as required by law. Virtual portfolio history and signal interaction data are retained for 24 months after your last login. Payment records are retained for 7 years to comply with tax and financial reporting obligations.
