This page identifies the third-party providers Markitel uses or integrates with to operate the platform. It is a transparency document, not a certification, legal opinion, or guarantee that every provider is active for every user. Some providers process personal data only when a feature is configured, enabled, or used.
Vercel provides application hosting, deployment infrastructure, edge/runtime services, Web Analytics, and Speed Insights. Supabase provides database, authentication, storage, and related backend infrastructure. These providers may process account, authentication, usage, device, and operational data required to run the platform.
Sentry provides error monitoring and reliability telemetry. PostHog provides product analytics when analytics consent allows it. Analytics, browser telemetry, and replay-like diagnostics are governed by the cookie and consent controls described in the Cookie Policy and Privacy Policy.
Resend provides transactional and lifecycle email delivery when configured. Stripe provides checkout, subscription billing, webhooks, customer billing portal, and partner payout infrastructure when payment features are configured. Payment card data is handled by Stripe and is not stored by Markitel.
Market-data and content providers may include Polygon.io, Frankfurter, GDELT, Brave Search, Perplexity, OpenAI, Anthropic, Groq, xAI, and other configured AI/search providers used to produce market context, summaries, or assistant responses. These services receive only the request content needed for the feature being used and should not receive broker passwords, payment credentials, or production secrets.
Broker and venue integrations may include Spotware/cTrader, MetaApi, Binance, MT5 bridge infrastructure, and other connected-account providers. These providers process account, OAuth, order, position, and venue data only when the user connects or authorizes the relevant integration. Funds and final execution remain with the user's broker or venue under that provider's terms.
