Paid Markitel plans, when available, provide access to the software features shown at checkout or in the account billing area. Paid access does not create a brokerage account, funded account, managed account, investment advisory relationship, profit guarantee, or entitlement to trading returns.
Payments are processed by our payment provider, not by Markitel directly. Subscription prices, billing intervals, trial periods, promotions, taxes, and renewal dates are shown before purchase and may vary by plan or jurisdiction. If payments are unavailable, paid-plan checkout will not complete and no subscription charge is created.
Recurring plans renew automatically until canceled. You may cancel through the billing controls provided in the account area or by contacting support. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically refund fees already charged, except where required by law or described in the Refund Policy.
Paid features may include signals, analytics, tools, education, automation controls, or broker-connectivity features. None of these features guarantees accuracy, profitability, execution, funding, payout, or loss avoidance. Trading involves substantial risk, including the risk of losing all capital committed to trading.
We may add, remove, modify, suspend, or discontinue paid features to improve the platform, comply with law, manage broker or venue requirements, or protect platform integrity. Material billing changes will be communicated as required by applicable law.
