These Partner Program Terms apply when you apply to promote, refer, integrate with, or co-brand Markitel as an introducing broker, broker partner, agency, creator, affiliate, technology partner, or other commercial partner. Your application, dashboard access, referral link, or API credential does not by itself create an approved partnership, exclusivity, agency relationship, brokerage relationship, or right to compensation. Any signed partner agreement or order form controls if it conflicts with these terms.
Markitel may approve, reject, suspend, or terminate a partner account at any time to protect users, comply with law, manage platform integrity, or address inaccurate promotion. You must provide accurate business, contact, website, audience, payment, and compliance information and keep it current. Larger audiences, broker relationships, paid media, regulated-market claims, or co-branded launches may require manual review before going live.
You are an independent partner and not an employee, agent, broker, dealer, investment adviser, legal representative, or authorized spokesperson of Markitel. You may not bind Markitel, accept funds for Markitel, make guarantees on Markitel's behalf, or present yourself as providing financial, investment, tax, legal, or regulatory advice through Markitel.
All partner promotion must be truthful, clear, and compliant with applicable advertising, financial-promotion, privacy, anti-spam, sanctions, consumer-protection, and platform rules. You may not claim profit certainty, win rates, funding, payouts, broker endorsement, cTrader Store availability, official partner status, live execution, payment availability, or automated payouts unless Markitel has provided written approval for that exact claim and the underlying proof exists. Disclosures must be prominent wherever required.
Referral links, codes, dashboards, and API events are tracking tools, not a guarantee of credit or payment. Attribution may depend on valid clicks, account creation, plan status, fraud checks, cookie settings, partner agreement terms, and technical availability. Manipulation such as cookie stuffing, forced clicks, self-referrals, fake accounts, misleading incentives, or traffic laundering may void attribution and lead to termination.
Partner compensation, if any, is owed only as stated in an approved dashboard, signed partner agreement, or written commercial schedule and only after applicable validation, refund, chargeback, fraud, sanctions, and compliance checks. Payout method and timing may depend on Stripe Connect, manual settlement, invoice review, minimum thresholds, and required tax information. You are responsible for your taxes, filings, and local legal obligations.
Markitel may provide limited, revocable permission to use approved marks, screenshots, embeds, widgets, or co-branded pages solely for the approved partner activity. You may not modify Markitel marks, imply sponsorship beyond the approved relationship, register confusing domains or handles, or use partner assets after suspension or termination. Markitel may require changes to any placement that creates user confusion or compliance risk.
Partner API keys, SDK credentials, webhook secrets, dashboards, reports, and unpublished commercial terms are confidential and must be protected from disclosure. You may use Markitel data only for the approved partner purpose, with appropriate consent and privacy disclosures where required. You may not resell, scrape, reverse engineer, or redistribute Markitel signals, user data, or platform outputs except as expressly authorized in writing.
Either party may end an approved partner relationship as allowed by the applicable agreement or, if no signed agreement exists, by written notice. Markitel may suspend or terminate immediately for fraud, misleading promotion, legal risk, security risk, non-payment, misuse of data, or violation of these terms. Termination ends your right to use Markitel marks, partner links, embeds, API credentials, and co-branded materials unless Markitel agrees otherwise in writing.
